If an item purchased from Released From Love has a major problem which cannot be repaired, we will provide an exchange or refund. In the unlikely event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective due to manufacturing faults, we require that you email hello@releasedfromlove.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of order and include your name, proof of purchase, a photo of the item and description of the issue. We will repair the item at no cost within a reasonable time.  If the item is not repaired within a reasonable time, the user will be entitled to choose a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after the aforementioned period.

Please note, manufacturing faults do not include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken gemstones or pearls; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted or snapped; oxidised or faded plating.

Returned items must be packed in their original packaging and sent to Released From Love. Released From Love will incur the costs of shipping any repaired or replacement items to the user. If you purchased a Released from Love piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s policies.  We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
